Vintage 1920s Velvet and Fur Cocoon Coat

A stunning 1920s cocoon coat!  Soft brown velvet with a large fur (beaver?) shawl collar.  The ends of the sleeves are embroidered with a (what I'm interpreting as) pussy willow design.  The coat closes with one large button and a small snap at the top.  Fully lined.  A truly remarkable piece of history that continues to make a fashion statement!

Best fits:  M/L/XL

Circa: 1920s

Condition:  Overall very good-excellent.  The coat is in amazing condition considering its age.  There is some fading on one side (see photos), but the fading is gradual creating a ombre effect.  There are some extremely minor, small scuffs to the velvet.
