Vintage 1920s Silk Fringe Flapper Skirt

This 1920s skirt is a rare find!  Medium weight, navy blue silk (rayon?).  Elastic waist.  Extremely wide woven fringe.  It probably originally had a matching jacket or over-shirt.  It would work amazingly well with a modern tank or button down shirt.

Condition:  Overall excellent.  The skirt is in amazing, wearable condition considering the age.  The fringe is a bit tangled, but it could be gently combed out if this is bothersome.
