Vintage 1920s Navy Silk Beaded Flapper Dress

Sublime simplicity and an iconic flapper style!  Dark navy silk with gorgeous red, navy, and blue beading on the front and back bodice.  Perma-pleating panels on the sides and the back so add some movement.  The silhouette is simple and straight.  Snaps on the side and on one shoulder.

Condition:  Overall excellent.  The dress is in amazing, wearable condition (especially considering its age).  There are just a couple of pin holes and a very slight bit of thinning under the arms (the fabric is still strong, not shattered).  There are just a few beads missing, but nothing detracting.  As with all garments of this age, the dress should be worn with care.
