Vintage 1920s Navy Shimmery Soutache Cloche Hat

This 20s cloche hat is a wardrobe basic for any modern flapper!  Navy blue, woven cotton(?) with iridescent soutache.  The silhouette is classic with a deep crown and short, asymmetrical brim.  There is a blue gros grain pleated accent at the back.  The underside of the brim is a neutral tan color.  Lined with black silk.
