Reworked Victorian Open Back Dress

We collected a beautiful black Victorian skirt years ago...it was damaged, but we just couldn't leave it behind.  Isaac has redesigned that damaged skirt into a fun summer dress.  It features an open V back and rows of ruffles at the bottom.  The dress opens and closes with a hook/eye at the back.

Condition:  Overall very good. There is some expected surface wear for a 100+ year old piece.  There are some older repairs on the back (done before we acquired the skirt).
