Reworked Edwardian Cotton and Lace Halter Dress

We fell in love with the lace on a Victorian and, though damaged, we just had to bring the skirt home with us.  Isaac has redesigned that damaged skirt into a fun summer dress.  It features a tie halter.  There are tons and tons of lace at the bottom.  The dress also has a drawstring at the back so the amount of "open back" drape can be adjusted.  The white cotton is semi-sheer.
