A savory marmalade of pears and lemon that plays with the traditional flavor pairing of pears and sage. The marmalade is cooked with a sachet of lavender flowers, crushed peppercorns and finished by steeping fresh sage leaves. The peppercorns add an bit of a punch.
This marmalade is fantastic with aged goat cheeses, Tomme, Parmesan, Pecorino.
This honey sweetened marmalade contains: honey, organic/VT IPM pears, organic lemons, organic sage, organic lavender, organic white peppercorn. No added sugar or pectin.
