Noir Kei Ninomiya Suspender Dress

Just a fun piece.  Black tulle with a subtle check and dot pattern.  Attached yoke suspenders with wide straps.  The skirt is lined.  Button and zip closure in the back.  Looks amazing over a frilly white top.
