Gorgeous plum silk chiffon. Tons of gathered fabric so the skirt has a lot of movement. Meant to sit slightly lower on the hips. Side zipper. Unlined. Designed by Jean Paul Gaultier. Made in France.

Seen on the Spring 2008 runway styled over pants.
