Simple cotton skirt with lace at the bottom. Drawstring waist. Beautifully indigo-dyed with subtle ombre tones at the bottom. Sweet period patching. Hand-dyed in natural indigo dye by Leopold Designs (Raleigh, NC)
CONDITION: Overall very good. The skirt shows normal wear, including some lovely period patching (see photo). A few pin holes here and there, but nothing major. There is also some variation in the color, as expected in the hand-dying process. These variations make each piece unique and only add to their beauty.
