Beautiful dark blue velvet. Asymmetrical waistband. Close to the hem is a slightly stiff seam except at one side where the hem falls loosely. Lined in cotton. Side zipper. Made in Japan. Designed by Rei Kawakubo.
The same design can be seen on a dress in the Fall 1996 runway collection.
