We love free-flowing, cotton dresses like this for summer and especially summer travel. 

Brilliant blue cotton A-line dress with a fitted black yoke. Features puff sleeves and side pockets. Sourced in London, made in France.

Condition: Overall very good. The dress shows normal wear. There are some light marks on the back of the skirt and back bodice. They aren't terribly noticeable, but are there.
