A classic chocolate ganache made from milk and dark chocolates enhanced with the finest champagne distillate created by Fleury, the first champagne producer in the world awarded a Demeter biodynamic certification. Of course, the only thing good enough for the offspring of a champagne dynasty is a couverture made from the finest high-percentage chocolate with a 70% cocoa content and loads of character.  Contains alcohol.

Hand-scooped and filled (like a giant bonbon).  Handmade bean to bar in the Zotter factory in Austria.

Please note: These hand-scooped, filled chocolate bars contain fresh fillings. They don't need to be refrigerated, but the shelf life is limited.  But, who's going to let this sit around for too long?
