Seriously one of the most beautiful blouses we've ever had. Black netting with tons of lace applique and ruffles. High neck. 'Pigeon breast' style front that is iconic of Belle Epoque high fashion. Amazing sleeves with tons of frills at the cuffs. Back hook-and-eye closure. Lined with black silk.
DETAILS: Label: P.C. Schwartz Maker; San Franciso Fabric: Silk and lace Circa: 1890s - 1914 (Edwardian period) Condition: Overall excellent. It also looks as though someone might have snipped the waist ties shorter than original length. As with all items of this age, this blouse should be worn with care. Sold AS IS.
