This is a fabulous dress for summertime! Lightweight cotton in a beautiful chartreuse. One shoulder with elastic at the top allowing it to be worn on or off the shoulder. The incredibly full sleeve is mostly attached to the body of the dress, creating movement when you simply move your arm. Very full A-line silhouette. Mini length. Made in France. Sourced in France.
