Sheer black silk chiffon with a screen printed design by Zandra Rhodes. Ruffle neckline that can be worn off the shoulders. Ruffle bands at the hem are embellished with sparkle flowers. Elastic waist. The dress slips on over the head with no additional openings.

Condition: Overall very good. There is a small (about 1/4") hole in the front of the skirt (see photo). If worn against a black slip or leggings, it is difficult to find.
