Midcentury stoneware Zaalberg Holland studio pottery serving platter with upturned sides. The workshop, founded in 1918, produced era defining pottery and operates today under the fifth generation of family potters.
Stoneware natural-white gloss glazed interior and a matte brown glazed exterior. Wood fired. 1950s - 1960s.
Measures 12" at widest, 9.5" at sides and 2.5" tall at upturned sides.
Platter is in very good condition with little sign of use. Hand-wash recommended, but dishwasher safe. Not recommended for microwave use.
