  • DETAILS:
    Label:  none; homemade
    Fabric:  Rayon jersey
    Circa:  Late 1930s / early 1940s

    BEST FITS:  XS/S  (see measurements)

CONDITION:  Overall good.  The dress set shows normal wear, with a few issues to note.  If you're familiar with this type of fabric, you know it had some of the most beautiful and bold early floral prints...but was vulnerable to fading, pinholes, and color bleed.  This dress has two of these three issues.  There is light, overall discoloration throughout the dress (especially at the shoulders and the hem).  There are also a few tiny pinholes, mostly on the back (see detailed photo).  There are also a couple of older repaired holes (see detailed photo).  We didn't notice any pinholes on the front of the bodice.  Priced Accordingly; Sold AS IS.
