Vintage 1940s Stripes and Plaids Primary Color Dress

This late 40s day dress is so cheery!  Lightweight cotton with  a plaid and stripes in muted blue, yellow, white, red, and green.  Shirring around the neck and waist create a blouson bodice.  The semi-full skirt is pleated.  Side metal zipper.  Unlined.

  CONDITION:  Overall excellent.  The dress appeared to be unworn, but we washed it to remove surface/storage dust.  The fabric still retains a bit of the original 'crispness'.
