Vintage 1940s Rainbow Striped Two Piece Playsuit

Lightweight, rainbow striped cotton.  Halter top with a tie at neck and back.  Gathered bust.  Skirt-style bottom that is gathered at the front.  High, wide waist.  Back zipper.  Nylon jersey shorts under the skirt.  Same lining in the top.  Simply adorable!

  CONDITION:  Overall very good.  The playsuit shows light, normal wear, with just a few issues to note.  There are a couple of small holes and a faint stain on the front of the skirt (see photo).   These aren't terribly noticeable because of the gathering there.  There is also a 'snag' line on the back of the skirt (as if someone slid across rocks or a poolside).  Priced Accordingly.
