This is a gorgeous Art Deco brooch! An oval aquamarine glass cabochon with a starburst design. Small rhinestones set in heavy weight pot metal create an overall diamond shape. Older latch that works in reverse of modern latches.
NOTE: The color changes very slightly in differing light from a pale teal to a pale mint green.
