This is one of those pieces that reminds us how amazing 1930s details are. Lightweight brown wool with a nubbly texture. The dress has a button from bodice with star burst pleats and puff sleeves. The skirt is straight on the front, but gored in the back to create movement in the back. The long sleeves have zippered wrists. The dress closes with a side metal zipper. Unlined. The jacket has a subtle nipped waist and the bottom hem dips slightly longer in the back. The brown mink fur trim is attached in stripes so it moves without breaking. The jacket is lined and buttons at the front. This is certainly one of our favorite dress sets!
