The perfect summer dress! Reworked in-house from a damaged Edwardian skirt. Lightweight (slightly sheer) white cotton. The gathered tiers have a stiffened band between them so the dress keeps its full shape. The dress ties at the top and can be worn with the bow in either the front or the back.
