Vintage Early 1950s Nelly Don Violet Floral Sheer Dress

This print on this early 50s summer dress is so sweet!  Featherweight, sheer organza with a purple and green floral print on an off-white background.  The shoulders are wide-set with cap sleeves.  Button front bodice with plastic, rhinestone filled buttons.  Semi-full, gathered skirt.  Side metal zipper.  The original plum velvet belt in included. 

NOTE:  this lovely dress will require your favorite vintage slip.

  CONDITION:  Overall very good. The dress shows normal wear.  As is typical with this fabric, there is some seam stress.  The front bust darts appear to have been removed, leaving some marks on the fabric (see detail photo).  The top button is missing the rhinestone center.  Priced accordingly; sold AS IS.
