This is such a fun late 40s day dress that also has a very current style! Lightweight, fluid rayon/cotton blend (?) in a rich brown with wide vertical stripes in chartreuse, sky blue, and periwinkle. Kimono-style sleeves. Slight blouson fit with the bodice because of darting at the waist. Large brown buttons with rhinestones down the front. Attached tie belt. A semi-full, A-line skirt with inverted box-pleating in the front. Unlined.
