This early 1940s hat definitely has an Old Hollywood drama! Black wool felt with a sheer horsehair ruffle trim. The small crown tilts forward in the iconic style of the early 40s. The extra wide brim stays straight (it isn't floppy). This is definitely a show-shopper!
