This 60s MOD dress is so flirty!  Lightweight, slightly sheer brown cotton (or cotton blend) with white polka dots.  Shirt styling with a button placket and three patch pockets.  Long sleeves, mini-length, and a subtle A-line silhouette.  This dress is a great transitional weather item...wear with sandals for warmer days or add a cardigan and boots for cooler days.  It would also look great belted.
