Talk about chic and sophistication...this is the dress!  Medium-weight dark blue raw silk.  Gorgeous coat styling with a button front, nipped waist, and flaring skirt.  Gusseted 3/4 length sleeves.  Fully lined.  A gorgeous winter dress.
