This 40s dress is a perfect patriotic dress!  Lightweight, silky cold rayon with red and white polka dots on a navy background.  Short puff sleeves on a button-front, shirt style bodice.  Straight skirt with oversized patch pockets.  Unlined.  Side snaps.
