Vintage 1940s Blue Rose Playsuit with Skirt

This playsuit with a matching skirt is just adorable!  Lightweight yellow cotton with a tropical blue floral print.  The romper has classic styling with a shirt style top, fitted waist, and pleated shorts.  It closes with buttons down the front.  The matching skirt has a wide, high waist and a gored, A-line silhouette.  It buttons down the front.  It would also look great paired with a white blouse or tank for a whole different look.

    CONDITION:  Overall very good.  The playsuit set shows normal wear.  The only things to note are a few very small, faint spots that did not come out in the wash (see photo) and a bit of light fading on the shoulders (see photo).  The bottom button hole of the suit has been stitched closed.  This could easily be undone and the button replaced if so desired.  All very minor issues.  Priced accordingly.
