Vintage Late 1940s Taffeta Halter Party Dress and Bolero Jacket

This stunning late 1940s party dress is the perfect combination of chic and sexy!  Dark navy blue, medium weight acetate that has the weight/feel of silk taffeta.  Halter style neck with a tie bow and a thin deep v-neck.  The corset-style bodice is stitched to appear to be boned and has crystal button down the front.  The skirt is extremely full.  The matching bolero jacket follows the lines of the dress perfectly.  Side metal zipper.

NOTE:  This lovely dress was photographed with a crinoline, not included.
